VBAX
(Into The Deep)

Vbax was our dedicated off-season robot, designed and built almost entirely by new members of the team as their first full robotics project. The goal was simplicity: Focusing on a single game task and executing it with consistency and reliability. This approach paid off, as Vbax not only became an excellent training platform but also proved highly effective in competition. Together with Team Fireflies #21656, Vbax carried us to the finals of the Israeli Off-Season competition, finishing as proud finalists.

BAXTER
(Into The Deep)

To this day, Baxter is the most advanced robot ever created by Barnyard22993, combining mechanical innovation with powerful software. Its design featured a pivoting arm with a lift and a level 2 differential claw, allowing precise scoring into the high basket. Baxter’s highlight was its advanced AI vision system, enabling semi-autonomous collection of samples from the ground at the press of a button. Along with multiple driver-assist automations, Baxter became a showcase of cutting-edge engineering and programming, helping us secure the prestigious Control Award.

OTIS
(Center Stage)

Otis was our very first robot—and the one that started it all. Built for the Center Stage season, Otis met every challenge of the game with three highly effective systems: rapid pixel collection and scoring, one of the fastest and most consistent drone launches in the competition, and a reliable climbing mechanism. With a strong autonomous routine that gave us a competitive edge, Otis led us to victory in two major events and inspired our team to dream bigger, setting the stage for all future Barnyard robots.
